Picture Day!!

Hello!
Today was PICTURE DAY!!! Students in room 75 were very excited to smile and pose for their pictures!!  Can't wait to see how they all turned out!!

This morning we were excited to talk about the upcoming Science Night at Cranston School next week.  Many students seemed eager and excited for the opportunity to learn from and interact with a variety of scientists and participating in different experiments!! Hopefully many of the students in room 75 can make it.  It is NEXT Thursday, October 10th!!

Homework went home today for parents.  Please make sure you read your demographics sheet and make any changes.  Please return this sheet ASAP.

Students were told today that they will be working on a book project (report), at home that will be due the last week in October.  For now, the important thing is for the students to decide which book they would like to read that they will work create a book project about.  It can be a book they are currently reading, or are just about to read, or have just finished reading.  I will talk to the class about what the expectations will be in regards to working on the project at home and presenting it to the class.  Once we have discussed it, then a sheet with the explanation will go home to the families.

Reminders: Fun Lunch forms are online now.  Please make sure you register your child and fill in the order before the due date if you would like your child to have fun lunch.
Aussie X is next week, please make sure you have submitted your signed consent forms if you would like your child to participate.  We will be doing Aussie X on Monday and Wednesday of next week!
